The Plant Supervisor - Denver oversees manufacturing and distribution operations of the company’s new Denver location, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities and staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Oversees and participates in the recruitment, hiring, and training of manufacturing and distribution employees.
· Manages schedules and assignments for digital print and distribution operations.
· Handles performance management of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Coordinates receiving and organization of raw materials and wholesale materials, managing the unloading and placement by the Material Handler(s).
· Schedules production of digitally printed cans and packing of wholesale materials as orders are received.
· Manages the print production floor, Shift Supervisors, Production Associates, and Material Handler(s).
· Ensures production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
· Books and coordinates outgoing freight while maintaining margin goals on shipping.
· Manages the packing, loading, and shipment of freight by the Material Handler(s).
· Ensures outstanding relationships are maintained with the Company’s LTL, FTL, and box truck carriers/drivers.
· Develops and reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery standards are met.
· Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
· Delivers progress and production reports to operations and executive team members as requested.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· At least five years of experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
· Must be able to quickly traverse manufacturing areas.
· Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat to maintain equipment.
· This position may require that you stand/be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.
Travel:
· May require up to 20% travel while assisting with future expansion projects.
Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary plus bonus/incentive compensation.
